My roommate, currently a pay-grade higher than myself is complaining. I gave him the largest room because I did not want to furnish that size of a room. Well, apparently that's not good enough. Now he is demanding the access card for the covered parking garage that I use myself. I use it as the perks of having the less voluminous living space while also encompassing two vehicles that cannot be towed like they would if parking in the outside lot.

What brought this all on was the text message I sent him telling him I need his half of the utilities (almost $200 total) by the end of next week. He responds with "No until I get the garage access card." STFU! I answer with "So, you want the master bedroom AND the garage now?" and he responded "We agreeed to switch the garage on and off." This was before our complex started cracking down on parking...my MR2 AND Jeep most certainly are not allowed there (max. 2 cars per household) soooooooooo.....yeah. Then he says I own Comcast for last month but state that I have the new bill is in my car. No response yet. I said "If you would have just approached me instead of slamming doors we could have already resolved this..." Now I'm waiting on his reply.

Fuck, I hate roommates.

Agreed. If he got the bigger room and you guys were going to trade off on the garage, you should have negotiated paying less rent.

 

Ryan, he was facing the same towing situation when he had his bike here. Now that he sold his bike, he feels in the free and clear.
