Honestly, If your driving is so reckless and your drunk and happen to fatally injure someone. I believe in automatic 15years in prison with the big boyz.
Remember the guy that killed that wedding party on the meadow brook parkway.

I agree 100%. Damn right it should be a felony. If you can punch someone and that is considered a felony in some cases, then injuring someone while driving intoxicated shouldnt even be a question.

 

My cousin was killed in an accident after a trucker/semi hit her car head on. The guy was drunk. She was literally driving to her university to start school. Come to find out, the guy had lost his family in an accident involved with a drunk driver like two years before.

 

Well no one got hurt and a car hit me which caused me to hit the car in front of me. The guy who hit me was arrested for being waaaay intoxicated I was right at the limit but fucker took me in then tested me a hr later which caused my BAC to rise.

 

If your bac rose that just means that there was more alcohol in your system.

I don't see the problem.
