mind: dui - first offense 2 years jail time, second offense 5 years + revoke license, third offense life in prison. if anyone is killed as a result of your dui its automatic life in prison.

one drink or even cough syrup can register a 0.01% BAC.
Honestly, If your driving is so reckless and your drunk and happen to fatally injure someone. I believe in automatic 15years in prison with the big boyz.
