So I've been trying to get into contact with this dickwad RE agent about this house thats for sale and he wont call me or email me back. It's been two days so far. This is the same guy who I tried to inquire about a house he was selling a couple months ago, only for him to contact me about 10 days later, saying they just accepted an offer (the day he finally called me back). I looked at the MLS page for that house after it was sold, dude accepted an offer that was about 60% of his asking price... I'm sure I could have mustered up a higher offer than that

Keep up the good work, asshole :goodjob:

My bday and Thanksgiving are on the same day this year. That means I get to spend both occasions with family :happysad: I wish I was getting a temporary duty assignment to Afghanistan right about now.

Avoid one-man-shows and part time (aka semi-retired) brokers. You think it's a pain the ass for you, well it's a major pain in the ass for the cooperating broker.

I'm part of an awesome relocation network. If you want, my relo director can put you in contact with someone in your area with real credentials and a good reputation. Doesn't cost you anything, PM if you're interested.
