Yep, how a man rubs his meat is a bit personal. h:

I have been working on this recipe for a while now along with a couple of BBQ sauces as well. I like the rubs better though and hardly even use sauce now.

there was no doubt in my mind you weren't going to type it out. i'm surprised you admitted you used salt.

as far as what's for dinner... beef strogonaf that i made last night.

Salt is a base in most rubs so no worries.
