1.7mil in fuel and associated costs to fly two planes to Copenhagen (one for him and another for his wife and Oprah) is what I heard.

how the heck does over a mil in fuel come in? where's this info coming from? are they using 94 with bottles of octane boosters?

For a 747 and a 757, yes.

Your whole family could stand in the intake of either of the engines.
