help me find a new credit card
so when i first needed a credit card way back when i just went through my bank, wachovia, and had them give me a credit card. well, if any of you know, wachovia stopped doing it and my account went straight to some other company. cant even remember the name...
ANYWAY, the reason why i want to get a new one/switch is b/c the perks i get w/ this thing is pretty crappy. i only have a couple hundred dollars on my balance so balance transfers arent a concern at all. just any card that has a decent reward system or good benefits/perks, interest rates, etc.
any help would be appreciated <3

I too need to get one. I'm probably going through my credit union that I did my car loan through.
In for thread though. I heard Discover has good perks, but I don't want to only have Discover since few places accept it.

I have Discover as my only credit card. I do generally ask if places take Discover but I can't think of a time where I've tried to use it and got turned down. I don't really buy much on it. I guess it couldn't hurt though since it's 5% back on specific categories each month. Like this month it's on restaurants, gas & hotels. Up to the first $300 you spend there though. I think maybe they give 2% of purchases in general too. Well shit, maybe I should do that....
I dunno, just not really in the habit of buying shit on credit when I have a debit card and plenty of money in my checking account. I really only use the credit card for bigger purchases that I want to get a chance to plan to pay for. :dunno:
