Shrimp, easily.
Lobster is way overrated and Crab is kinda gross.
I'm not big of seafood anyway...and I hate having to work to get to the meat...I like my food already cleaned and ready for me to shovel into my mouth.

and its amazing the popularity that has emerged over lobster ... something that back in the day was considered poor peoples food :chuckles:
edit: monkfish yum yum ... soak in milk for 12 hours or so and good to go

Well cooked lobster > all that any given day. Even if they all cost the same.
Though I will have to say, I wouldn't mind picking a pound of lump crab meat over a pound of lobster.

but it turns out they only use the meat from the tail, its consistency and taste is similar to lobster. its actually quite tasty
and crab cakes are the fucking shit ... i make a mean crab cake
