I beg to differ Since I joined up with Liberty Mutual about 8 or 9 years ago, I have gotten probably 4 speeding tickets, three "unsafe vehicle" tickets, illegal u-turn and failure to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. My rates have never gone up... in fact they've gone down quite a lot

BTW, wtf is wrong with the HAN server? :eh:

Be honest - were you doing 72? If so, just take it like a man and realize you got caught this time. I say the only time you should really fight if you absolutely, 100%, didnt do anything stated.

so in other words they use an educated guess to pop you, figuring the time it takes to go between two points from a aircraft way up in the air moving at a speed greater than your own doesnt seem very accurate to me

They have painted marks that they time you from and it has been proven to be very accurate.
At the same time I know several people who have easily fought aircraft tickets.

i'm sure these guys are trained. what's the point of putting up the signs and having speed watched by aircraft if it would never hold up in court

I would fight it. I think people have a better chance of winning over this type of ticket than if the officer writing the ticket caught you speeding.
points are done differently in different states h:

well i'm sure to a point they accurate but i'm just sayin it seems like something that probably could be fought ...

not to mention in times of such govt poverty why are we wasting money on airborne speed patrols aircraft fuel and maintenance is expensive. i highly doubt it pays for itself in the number of speeders caught. nor is it really worth it just to catch people speeding
