Monday morning thread
I would do cardio in the morning before work at your near-home gym. After I do cardio (running) I'm awake for hours on the endorphins and whatnot. For you it'd be good because then when you get home from work, you'll eat dinner, then around 8pm start getting quite tired, pass out @ 8:30 or 9, wake up early again and go to the gym. Good cycle.
I just ordered a new oxygen sensor for the MR2 to try and clear up this excessive fuel consumption issue. Waiting on a price quote from some dealer in OR on new clutch master and slave cylinders. Then going to research where to buy new rotors and pads and also purchase a new fuel filter and find out which replacement bolts i can throw into the front strut bar holes.
Damn running after work, full of energy, but need to sleep for work tonight!

I'm done work at 3:30 so i could always just work out here at the office after work then jet home for my shower. The traffic would be more but it's not the end of the world i guess. I just feel weird working out here... lots of peeps i wouls feel a bit awekrad about them seeing me sweet and shit
Unfortunately, Tark, the best motivation is when you see yourself slimming down...and that's from cardio. If you can't run due to the impact of that exercise, use a bike and bike twice the distance you would run. Elliptical machines are good too, but not nearly as effective. Swimming is a really good one as well.
I'm home from work, just got paid, paid off some biz-ills, sipping on a coffee, and about to buy some new pads and rotors for the MR2. I'm thinking...Porterfields.
