Unfortunately, Tark, the best motivation is when you see yourself slimming down...and that's from cardio. If you can't run due to the impact of that exercise, use a bike and bike twice the distance you would run. Elliptical machines are good too, but not nearly as effective. Swimming is a really good one as well.
I'm home from work, just got paid, paid off some biz-ills, sipping on a coffee, and about to buy some new pads and rotors for the MR2. I'm thinking...Porterfields.
I can't seem to loose weight by either cardio or strength training. Only diet works for me. I've lost 5 lbs. in the last month just by cutting out fast food.
