Yeah thats definately what happens 90 % of the time but people get investigated for it, its crazy, in the last two years I dont remember exactly when they tried making it to where once you finally get to shoot him it has to be a "maiming" shot so below the waist... its ridiculous the bastard that breaks into YOUR house has more rights then you do...
