I ran it is 2:47. Some dude did it in 2:15 the day I did it. He had been training with a 30lb vest instead of the 3 lb vest. Had 3 people apss out on the final run.

The issue with the dummy drag is it is right after you jump down 6 feet and also the only time your body fully stops to bend down and pick up the dummy. Also...sweaty hands at 2pm on a 95 degree day was no fun h:

I am thinking of running it again just to do it. Was a great exercise.

Lets just say that watching someone you once loved willingly kill themselves slowly takes a huge toll over time especially when there's kids who have to see it happen as well.

if this was anyone else you'd have some smart ass remark about how they are assisting in natural selection by ridding the world of their pathetic self, or how they are selfish cowards for taking their own life and leaving everyone else to their problems.
