are people even playing Halo anymore? i'd probably get wasted from joining the boat this late :doh:
also, are there particular places you guys buy your games from? like i said, i think i wanna pick up those other titles i mentioned earlier on in the thread

I was as objective as possible when I posted and it really is a simple fact that those are the reasons to buy either system. I am thinking this Xmas I may pick up a PS3 slim just for the BR player and Little Big Planet...aside from that there is no real reason to own one for me because the game selection is pretty marginal at best.

There are quite a few of us that still religiously play Halo...almost daily. If you partner with us you will learn the ropes MUCH quicker than going it alone and getting raped by the new namers.
I haven't bought a game in awhile. I would say gamestop for used games, or amazon for cheaper and sometimes good stack on deals.

roger that. yeah, i just thought the extra space might come in handy but on the real, it won't be as if i'll be storing a crapload of info

nice, and as far as space goes, you can set up your 360 to link with your pc so you dont ever really need to store anything on the 360hdd except for games and updates. i just stream everything off my pc to my 360

Don't go Elite...I have barely TOUCHED my 60gig HDD and have had my system for 2 years now. Sve the $50 and get a couple of games
There are quite a few of us that still religiously play Halo...almost daily. If you partner with us you will learn the ropes MUCH quicker than going it alone and getting raped by the new namers.
I haven't bought a game in awhile. I would say gamestop for used games, or amazon for cheaper and sometimes good stack on deals.

But seeing as you can now download full games from XBL, the bigger HD can come in useful.
I guess that would be a bonus for mine, except I only play halo.
