Not much afraid of dying, but afraid of being without my wife and kids.
My kids mean more to me than anything, and the thought of them being without me is scary.

Hmmm... I've actually passed out and "seen the light" a couple of times. When I was really really fat, like 230lbs. my gf and I were watching something on tv that made me howl with laughter. I couldn't catch my breath while laughing and fell over. Like "TIMBERRRRRRRR!" My gf told me that I wasn't breathing and my eyes were wide open. She shook me a couple of times, I inhaled deeply and woke up to her saying my name. Scared the hell out of her. :hs:

I saw that light that people talk about as I woke up, and to be honest, it wasn't anything to be afraid of. It was a really clam serene feeling. Also believing in Christ (flame suit on) I believe that there is something more out there that isn't there to harm me.
