Saw some of this on the news last week.
Might be a good thing to get some people out of CA. Maybe housing will go down some more

Opening up a Nevada Corporation is actually nothing new. I think Disney and other big companies have their companies as Nevada Corporations.

but nevada is also in bigger trouble than CA. their real estate took a serious dump as well. tourism is down and that's the main source of income for most of the businesses in nevada
