I went to a seminar like 12 years ago. U.S. Bank was giving out debit cards for new accounts and with that, people were able to begin slowly establishing new credit.

12 years ago /= today

corporate credit cards to sole proprietorships are based on the owner's credit history.

I can understand that, but there was a big boom of people creating Nevada Corporations back in the day, and that's how they did it. :shrug: Like you said, most of the protocol wouldn't fly in today's world.
