you're right, who's to say he wont.

but we live in a country of innocent until proven guilty. if we start limiting rights and taking away liberties because of what people MIGHT do because one person did do it then what do we become? we sure dont become a free society. by that rule no one should have cars, we shouldnt have alcohol and we shouldnt have sex. because some people kill people with cars, people drink and drive, alchohol facilitates bad decisions and sex leads to overpopulization

i don't agree with wandering off to a presidential rally with a gun simply to cause a commotion and stir debate, it brings the wrong kind of attention. i do believe in freely exercising your second amendment right. was he legal in what he did? sure but at the same time just because it's legal doesnt make it smart or productive.

The guy was probably surrounded by secret service the entire time. The damn gun was out in the open, the church was probably a good distance away from the school anyways. If there was any real threat, the guy wouldn't of been allowed.

Eventually you should use common sense.

the fact is for 90% of the US population the patriot act has had zero direct impact on their day to day life.

I've been reading a lot about open carrying here in CA. 100% legal, but you will 100% be hassled by the po-po for it (although nothing they can do but a simple demand inspection to see if it's loaded. I think I'll attend one of their rallies

I don't think you can carry the gun loaded if you O/C.

I could be mistaken but I seem to remember reading that.

I don't think you can in Cali at least.

I know in Montana and AZ you can though.
