Ticket for running a stop sign, anyone contested?
so I got one of those and now I am trying to figure out if its worth it to fight it. Anyone ever been caught on dashcam? How do I fight it if there is no dashcam involved? Its my word against officers? I actually stopped but not for very long, maybe a sec, but how do I prove that?

Any time its your word against the officer, you're going to fail.

If you stopped for less than legal time (5 count if I remeber right) then you lose.

there is no legal time. That is a myth. Only thing required is that you make full stop. No time is stated in CVC.

I remember in school they taught some rule regarding what a legal stop was, it may have been a 3 count.
