Any Red item ticket (Stop sign, Red light, bus, etc...) cannot be lowered either in penalty or fees by a judge. Those are mandated fines that cannot be altered. That's what I was told when I had to go for a speeding ticket before anyone chatted with the judge.

Pay the fine and be done with it.

I make a stop, look for a cop then go.

 

No cop, no stop...but the cop you didn't see is gonna write you up for it

 

ive gotten nailted twice for rolling stops. bent over and took it both times :happysad:

 

They brought mine down to a cell phone charge. They'll prob do the same to you.
