bike lock woes

yeah it will break the casing and the insides of the lock will be loose.... you dont touch the U shape.

the leverage way bends the bar with the lock in it and the U shape at the same time...

either way, the lock will be junk after.

can you just threaten to break it, maybe it will just pop open out of fear

trying to not make a scene, dont know any tenants now so its a little sketchy without bashing away on somebody's lock
but the car jack and biggest hammer i can find will be there in case nothing else works

cant wait to get the rack off, includes one of these i hope will fit my ek, although the sunroof may not be compatible, we will see
