I'm going to cook dinner for my girlfriend thrusday. I'm a decent cook but I always have a hard time figuring out what to make. I know some of you have made some kick ass food. So give me some ideas on what to make. She's not really picky but she does prefer chicken over beef.

 

What chicken dishes have you made? Better to try something you've already done before, so it's not the first time making it.

Chicken broccoli stir fry

 

cant go wrong with the basics

chicken breast marinated in italian dressing ... grill ...

do a side of rice or garlic red skinned potatoes

easy as can be and its tasty. good doesnt have to be fancy

 

Chicken Parmesan always works. Add some pasta on the side and presto, in 30 minutes you're banging.

 

light rye with grilled chopped chicken, gorgonzola, provolone, garlic / horseradish aioli, red onion and lettuce panini. grill some zuchinni the day before, let it get cold and slice it as a side.
