Stuck here all day... Hopefully I dont get called. At least they have free wifi and I get to spend the whole day finally using the mini laptop. Typing is definitely getting easier on it.

which reminds me, I need to excuse myself... I don't have any PTO time left at work and I'm already struggling to pay for school and bills with my paycut and hours h: I can't afford to go to Jury Duty

 

I got called into a civil case where a big company was trying to sue a mom and pop place. I stood up and expressed my feelings of the evil big guys taking over American business and that this is some petty BS. Dismissd.

 

If your company is giving you time off for jury duty you have to turn in your check that you get from serving time.

At least that is what I had to do with my company.
