:chuckles: at having to turn in check when gettin time off

any jury duty is just like PTO for us. they pay us regular pay and we keep whatever the state gives us ... i had to do federal duty last year it was awesome ... had a 2 hour drive each way. that was a nice mileage check h:

paralegal can be selected to jury duty? didn't know that

 

wat jay really means is that when he types a key, it comes out like "ljik" "erf" "mnj" "wsqa" etc

 

often times I think that can get your removed from a jury when they are going through the selection process.

When I did mine and someone raised their hand and said they were in the legal field they were excused by the judge before the lawyers even got a chance to decide.

pretty sure anyone can be called for jury duty in CA... except those in jail :chuckles:

hell they even called me for jury duty when I wasn't a citizen! :rofl: easy way out of that one
