I looked just like this kid growing up. I remember singing b-o-l-o-g-n-a during a spelling test in like 3rd grade. :hs:

 

I never really liked bologna...i usually had tavern ham.

 

If you grew up with not-so-much money, bologna was where it was at. If you wanted to get fancy with it, you threw it in a skillet, and watched it bow at the top as you made the edges crisp. Fried bologna sandwich ftw.

i wasn't really poor per say growing up ... just like my bologna and my mom was fiscal when it came to groceries and especially my school lunches, i was the kid who never had the sugary treats or fancy juice packs or any of that
