Default Blocking out license plate...

on the internet, what is the purpose? People see your car everyday with your license plate.

People also ask questions about mods, show engine bay pictures...blah blah...gives out a lot more details than you would get from seeing someone on the street driving. Showing plates is just another step closer to showing where you live

You think by having a California plate you can decipher if they were from San Diego or Sacramento if it wasnt already known?

if you were to piss off the wrong people they could potentially get you in trouble for mods, violations, etc

If they had access to the right systems they could. If you're concerned about your license plate though you should be concerned about providing your real name

Theives do lurk on the forums very frequently. In a dense area such as socal they will travel across the city to steal a car. You can track down the cars location by license plate number thru buddies who work at dmv, insurance places, police departements... etc. Trust me I know. :rick:
