Amazing turn around bro.. You should think about installing decora outlets and lightswitches. Small things that really make a big difference.
I'd also consider doing a nice tile blacksplash in the kitchen, but you'll probably want to wait till after you do the countertops.
edit: nevermind - I thought the cabinet hardware was the original gold colored ones from the 80s-70s. Theyre brushed nickel right?

It's actually laminate, which is even more :ugh: But I hardly ever cook, and the plan is to sell this place in a month or so, so someone else can deal with upkeep

Very nice, money well spent and the implementation doesn't look to shabby either.
One note, for perfect looking corners on your trim, add some paintable putty to the cracks, sand once dry, then go back and touch up. Will make everything look seamless.
Wood floors in a kitchen are fine, you just can't leave water sitting on them for extended periods of time.
