Yeah, the cabinets had no hardware before, I put the cheap home depot nickel ones on after I painted. And yeah, I was planing on doing tile backspash after the counters. Probably just a single row of 6" tiles.

It's actually laminate, which is even more :ugh: But I hardly ever cook, and the plan is to sell this place in a month or so, so someone else can deal with upkeep
