The left lane cloggers and right-side passers are bad enough.
But it's the brand of idiocy known best to those in my neck of the woods — the Supersonic Armenian G35 Flyby — that lures me into homicidal rage.
When you need covering fire to change lanes, you know you're in LA.

Driving here is hell. Plain and simple.

I see it as a mixed blessing sometimes.
Consider it combat training.
While the stress will probably take five years off my life, driving here has honed my instincts and sharpened my wits. It has also made driving anywhere outside the LA basin nicer by comparison.
The worst of Bay Area traffic congestion seems like child's play after five years down here.
