The irony of this thread is that there were a couple of times I was on CL looking at Civic parts and wondered if an SD head lived anywhere near the area to check out a part or two. Not to front any cash, but to save me a trip to SD if the parts weren't any good.

I've done that before. I looked at a Transmission for a member here ISP_James. It looked ok to me so we made the purchase. The tranny actually sat in my basement for a very very long time until he decided to sell it. It was rather funny actually.
