i guess i never said that we went ahead and refinanced. we had to pay about $270 in costs, and will save about $140 per month, so it was totally worth it. dropped our rate from 6.25% to 5.5%.

yesterday, we got another refund check for $1500 from our loan company. so they basically paid us to refinance. pretty awesome.
