Please put this day on the calendar. It's the day Jafro answers a question with a bi-partisan perspective. He delivered on his far-left agenda exactly as promised.
The left opinion... He's closing Guantanamo, he's following through with getting our troops out of Iraq, he has encouraged the degradation of human life for self-serving purposes by promoting stem cell research, and he repealed the conscience clause that allows doctors to not perform procedures they deem morally reprehensible. He kept his word.
The right opinion. Guantanamo should be neck-deep in water at all times, Removing our troops on the schedule set forward will destabilize that region and cause a rise in violence as our departure date grows near, promoting stem cell research is just an excuse for making abortion a form of birth control, and forcing doctors to perform surgeries they find morally reprehensible most likely will be an issue for any doctor that practices any kind of religion, possibly making some either leave their practices or selling equipment that makes them capable of performing those procedures... thus... leaving people with less-qualified physicians for necessary services. This is coming from a guy pushing "universal" healthcare. Our universe will grow smaller with policies like this. He kept his word. He's a far-left liberal douche.
I won't go into the spending. I'll be accused of being a racist because there's no other argument of any kind to support that "solution" except sheer ignorance.

When the captain jumped in the water, the seals had them lined up already ready to snipe, but didn't fire because they didn't have authority to. They should have had authority to act on their immediate commander's say. That's the way a well run bureaucracy works. Individuals at the local level are given the permission to act on their training without having approval from dozens of people–who are not even present in the situation.
