man, i had the same thing and after $300 med bill for a EKG and a ECHo test, nothing....
stated it was PAC (premature atrial contractions) and it occurs in the upper chamber. if its in the lower chamber then its something to worry about...
this was like 2 weeks ago but they have steadily occurred less. but it just feels weird like my heart is jumping ..
Sucks....

Dom, if it's anxiety, its within yourself to cope with what the underlying issues are. Dude, you have to start thinking in different ways and there are ways to do that. I had to start, and still dealing with ways to think of the bigger picture.

Honestly, try meditating and reading books of this nature (thanks Ali.) You can grasp it without having to turn to meds, I promise. It might seem ultra, ultra hard but having the mental power to handle business on your own is a wonderful thing.
