Ah yes, I had that happen to me a few times. Anxiety is a tough one. Hopefully its just transient in nature. For me a had to learn some stuff but you will get better. :hsd:

a coworker had the same issues dom. we had to bring him to hospital, turns out his body turns out adrenaline and testerone on elevated levels, and isnt going down with age.

glad things worked out.
