But the important stuff is the DERIVATIVE...You can use it for pretty much anything..

Marginal Revenue

A company's costs and revenue in dollars for one product are modeled by the following functions, where x is the number of items produced.

C(x) = 3x and R(x) = 8x -(x^2/1000)

c(x) is the cost function
r(x) is the revenue function

From these two we can find, marginal cost, marginal revenue, marginal profit, values that make marginal profit 0 and the amount of revenue, cost, and profit when marginal profit is 0.

you may have forgotten the "math" but i bet you remember the logic
math gives you more than just math skills, it gives you critical thinking skills that carry over into all aspects of life

learning math makes you learn how to "think", you cant just memorize and regurgitate like many other subjects
but i might be a bit biased h:

i miss math, i like doing this kind of crap, i think i might be sick :loco:

It could be the cam plug. Oil usually leaks from there. You also might want to check the cam seal. That's why my oil was leaking from. Don't forget about the gasket in the vtec solenoid. There's your Integra Help. Good luck.

Integration is very important when dealing with surface areas, volumes, etc. I'm sure there are business applications too, like a bounded integration of a revenue/time function would yield total revenue (although this may not be considered a continuous process).
