i have a back ache and was wondering if that stuff works.

get some hot peppers, remove the seeds and mash them up with some hand creme or skin creme or whatever

apply this to your aching muscles (not on open skin) and see if it helps.

make sure to wash your hands after and don't touch your eyes.

my gf used to use them for when flo would visit
it shut her bitching up only slightly

but better than nothing i suppose

I don't really like them because they make your back smell and the ointment stays on your skin even after you remove the patch

they sell a product like that, the ingredient is capsaicin. Zostrix is one of them.
