Yeah, but this is a cheaper alternative.
1 habanero is like a couple cents and it should be enough to singe your skin off!

I used the thermacare heating pads when I strained my neck a few months back.. Felt great using it. It's a pad so no smelly gunk.

I've started using those for my back if it ever gets bad. oh MAN those are worlds better!
