Chick assaulted him first, so he acted in self defense. If it's ruled that way the she has no grounds to sue, and since she didn't provide said services, he should counter-sue to get his money back. His case is very well documented, and she will not be capable of changing that story no matter what lawyer she hires. You don't pay someone for sex and then beat their ass without getting what you paid for. Especially when you're a 44 year old geek, you don't thwart a hot young opportunity like that.

Not when we started dating. But by now there isn't anything else she can do that could pay for her situation and drinking habit. Alcoholism's a bitch. Was a 23 year-old virgin, 5'2". 100 lbs, deans-list med student with a librarian-like personality (when we met). A lot of fun to be around.
5 years later, she totalled her car drunk a week after I gave it a $1300 rebuild, then turned into an unemployable drop-out lush because she had no problem solving skills thanks to doctors that got her all wacked out on Benzo's for anxiety. She racked up $40k in debt including college loans, and when caught cheating, I went *poof*. Her family and friends have always bailed her out of all trouble she's ever found. They're not doing it anymore. Last I heard she was guy hopping to find someone willing to pay for her problems since I won't anymore. She's hot! Some idiot will. I now make 2x as much $ because I don't have her bs to deal with and can focus on me better.
