went out to dinner last night with the girlfriend and my friend's girlfriend.
in order of course..
salt cured scallop with blood orange
seared salmon with wasabi sesame seeds and an avocado puree
skewered beef with a peanut sauce
lime jello shot
lamb with sweet potatoes and garlic spinach
apple stuffed pork loin with brussel sprouts and bacon
fried pickle with peanut butter sandwiches
i just took a huge dump
in order of course..

he makes anything really, the old guy used to have a pretty solid asian menu, so he's trying to get away from that. the peanut sauce and the dessert were for his girl, because she loves peanut butter and she eats peanut butter and pickle sandwiches everyday.
also the beef with peanut sauce and scallops were from his new souis chef who worked in the city for like five years for a bunch of dudes, i think colicchio actually, but he just moved back here to be with his fam.
