he makes anything really, the old guy used to have a pretty solid asian menu, so he's trying to get away from that. the peanut sauce and the dessert were for his girl, because she loves peanut butter and she eats peanut butter and pickle sandwiches everyday.

also the beef with peanut sauce and scallops were from his new souis chef who worked in the city for like five years for a bunch of dudes, i think colicchio actually, but he just moved back here to be with his fam.
