Isn't mahi-mahi the same as dolphin as in dolphin fish? Or do you seriously eat dolphin -- I've never heard of that.

 

mahi mahi is like the ant eater of the fish world.

 

The meat is kinda like dark meat chicken. Throw it on the grill and serve it with a couple of pineapple rings and teriyaki sauce.
