I would hard line it first, just to make sure networking even works. That way you can update the box as well, then go to wifi.

If the firmware upgrade via thumb drive doesn't fix it, then I'll do that. if that doesn't work then I'll know something is wrong with the ps3 I got.

Killzone 2 will take up most of my time come this Friday.
