I was finishing up with a site survey on one of the radar sites. When i jumped in the truck (there was no where for it it park at this site) i tossed my bag in, and when i jumped in, I bashed my ankle on the door.

I assumed it was fine, i could put weight on it. So i finished up the survey on the last four sites. Now, two days later, my ankle is swollen but not brused. I can walk on it.But there are two places on my ankle that are seeping clear fluid. And it is swollen noticeably.

WTF?

Going to the Doc tomorrow.

 

It's puss. Clean it with rubbing alcohol and peroxide. Bandage it, and let it scab.

I scrubbed it down with rubbing alcohol a couple times today. As I do with any open wound..

I'm beginning to wander if i was bitten by a couple fire ants while my ankle was numb.
