I had "the best Ramen in Japan" when in Fukuoka. It was the first time I ever had it, but it was so fuckin good.

I recently bought some packets from Wegman's in the Asian isle. I got miso flavor. Never thought about adding my own meats and onion. Now I might just have to try that...

Sapporo Ichiban from the local japanese market is my ramen of choice.

sesame oil, egg mixed to hell and back in the soup and green onions. I also add more water so I get more of the delicious soup base goodness.

Been a while since I've eaten some, but 2 of my favorite ways to make it are...

1. Add in some frozen mixed veggies, chopped chicken breast, and stir in an egg.

2. Warm the noodles and drain to use for chow mein. Mix in the noodles during the last few minutes of cooking stir fry.
