wow, i go away for a few hours, and this thread goes up 100 posts i think it comes down to Red Hot Tib likes his car alot. people dont seem to like it. and it is obvious that he does not like hondas. big deal. this thread just keeps carrying on and on. maybe somebody should just race and make everyone happy? anyway................ on a side note. how was everyones night? did anyone do anything interesting? i just chilled with a few friends enjoying a fine Monte Cristo. ahh it doesnt get much better than that:thumbup:

 

Why would you ban someone for posting in a thread. Because he defends himself againts numerous attacks. Granted he was acting stupid at first but I think he improved.

All I have to say is that the Tib is not slow. It is not fast by anymeans but it is not the slowest car. Yes, you do get aroudn 20 Hp out of just I/E. I have seen many many dynos that demonstrate this. REDHOTs for example.

The tib stock dynos around 146 - 147whp. His dynoed at 167whp. He has intake and cat back. What is hard to understand there. That appears to be 21 whp gain from I/E.

Now I have personnally seen a dyno, which I can produce if need be, that shows I believe 185 + whp on a tib with I/H/E. What is the problem. I don't get it.

That whole "it's a Hyundai" thing is getting really old.

i did something intresting....i pulled up next to a new tib, and i pulled on his ass, after i gave him the jump first, i cought up and past him...pulled my front fender past his front then i was like WTF slow shit, then i slowed down.

It was an I4 or the guy wasn't racing you. Unless you are heavily modded.

YOur stock 150 hp and what eveer on the tourque, is hardly enough to "smoke" a V6 Tib. I have personally taken out at least half a dozen or more of them.
