Snowboard crew: Thoughts on K2 WWW?
Really? Why's that?
You can't beat the stores, employees knowledge, availability, return policy, sales, used gear sales, etc.
I have gotten AMAZING prices of so many things there. I have $200+ jackets for under $50.
Dom...on another note, that will be the lowest that board goes. Anytime something ends with .83 it is as low as it will go.
Check a store...they might have then a hair cheaper.

I dunno man, a lot of their older stuff gets used as rentals, but their higher end stuff like the WWW, Darkstar, Gyrator, etc. are legit.
I have K2 boots and they are "just ok" though, haha.
I'm gonna try to ride the WWW this weekend. Should be sick as hell since there's less of a nose on the board (longer effective edge), the 152 rides like a 156.

I used to hate on K2 because they were a ski brand that branched out to snowboarding.
But a lot of pros ride K2, so they can't all be that bad.
What I hate though, are the Burton sackriders.

As for board selection I still ride my first gen K2 ElDorado 169 which has well over 2k days on it in the last 15 years or so (haven't ridden much the last 8 years) and it has held up well. Not as impressed by their newer versions of this model but most board companies are focusing on the park models and away from all mountain and big mountain boards.
Burton can suck my left nut, I have broken more of their boards than any other. they used to have quality builds but have been less than stellar over the years and way to flexible for my style.

been riding burton consistently for almost 10 years now as have many of the guys i ride with. and i must say out of all the abuse we have ever had only 1 board had issues and burton actually replaced his board no charge when the laminate came up. i'm on my 5th burton board and i always have loved em. keep coming back to them after trying other boards.
