Government control has nothing to do with the fact that it's a drug or not.
Alcohol is regulated and it's still a drug. Aspirin is regulated and it's still a drug.
We have a lot of hypocrisy in our system...it would take years to point it all out.

"NOBODY" may not die directly from marijuana use, though I'm sure plenty have died from driving under the influence of it or something else that is stupid.
i think if you were to smoke as many marijuana cigarettes as you were of tabacco cigarettes you would see slightly different stats, but no one really does that.
Hes not saying its a legal drug, he is saying its a drug.
I met a bunch of people from Holland who we smoked with and were talking about laws. For them you can smoke at 14(I think it was), drink at 16 and get your license at 18. At 14 you go nuts smoking pot. By the time you're 17 or 18, you know your limit. Then you drink, and by the time you can drive you know your limit and have more of a tolerance. By the time you can drive you know how much you can smoke or drink and still have control over things. it was really cool to hear how they do things and realize how dumb our laws are. You learn how to drive. At first you're cautious. By the time you are 21 you think you are a pro and you start drinking and don't realize how much it affects you and your driving.
If we were more like Holland we would have less drunk driving and billions more in tax dollars.
You clearly don't hang out with pot smokers. Most of my friends smoke more pot than they do cigs, and they smoke cigs a lot.
