See I like KenFlo. I think it will be a good match. Ken has good cardio.

Werd.....if they were both the same frame, it would have been a good fight.

KenFlo gets overlooked a lot...that's gonna be a very good fight. Could be dangerous for BJ if he doesn't get his mind right after this loss....or he could come in with something to prove and take it out on KenFlo. h:

The thing also with GSP is he got a great game planner in Greg Jackson. You saw how he didn't really want to trade with BJ at the start of the fight. The plan was to put BJ in the clinch and tire him out in the first round. GSP even explained it after the post fight interview where he said he wanted to work BJ's arm until it builds up in lactic acid and tires out. That in effect will weaken his boxing.

BJ looked lost...like he didn't have a gameplan...didn't know what to do.

He couldn't have done anything. GSP overpowered him. BJ's bread and butter is his boxing and BJJ, but he was neutralized by GSP's athletic abilities.

That too GSP is good and he's getting better. But I doubt he can take on Anderson Silva though.

I agree. But I don't think moving up to take on Silva is something he would even want to do.
