A guy I work with (kinda, he's the son of the owner of the course) has trained in BJJ for over 10 years...started with BJ in norcal when BJ first started. He now also trains muy thai with Faber's coach in Sacramento. He said he thought GSP looked like a guy that was on something....but I disagreed. h:

I enjoyed getting to see both fighters train on spike. I think BJ should have spend more time training instead of chillin at the beach.

 

That was an awesome show. I think he spent plenty of time training. That said, I thought it would be hard for him to reach the weight and be able to keep his cardio up. I would have rather seen him come in at a fresh 160 than a chubby 168.

Same here. I think BJ made the right choice by trying to hold 2 belts at once. GSP is just way out of BJ's league now.

 

GSP is waaay to strong and athletic for BJ, but I doubt anybody will take BJ's belt at 155 though unless he quits Kflo will have his hands full.
