I am going to have to take Nelsons side on this matter, not because he is admin (trust me we disagree plenty) nor is it for fear of my position (I have pushed plenty myself at times). Instead I take his side because you posted your shit out in public instead of discussing it through PM and working it out that way. Not until he came and posted did you try to take the other route in the matter.

So this amounts to "disrespect of forum leaders" and is subject to a 5 point warning which I am inclined to give you.

It's nothing personal but this is just not how you handle disputes of this nature and you of all people know better. So I leave it to you as well as some discussion in the mod corner to see if you get these points or a ban...of course one may lead to the other regardless.

c_rogue69 went on to crap a bunch of threads in the car forums
Nelson told him to stop
c_rogue69 said he doesn't have to and Nelson should fuck off
Nelson told him if he's going to continue, Nelson will Warn
c_rogue69 said fuck off and continued
Nelson warned and subsequently banned for PM'ing nonstop obscenities to Nelson
c_rogue69 went to owner of forum to be let back in
Owner of forum "negotiated" a "truce" between c_rogue69 and Nelson
Nelson said ok and let it be
c_rogue69 started a petition to "remove Nelson from HAN"
Nelson said, nice "truce" and did not retaliate, no warnings or ban for c_rogue69

This was years ago, and Nelson could care less but Now c_rogue69 wants to step on toes again.
